iCloud on my iPad

I already have a iCloud account set up, and also a iCloud mail account, both which I can access on my Mac via http://www.icloud.com.

However, when I try to go to http://www.icloud.com on my iPad 2, it just takes me to a welcome page where it tells me to setup iCloud, which I have already enabled on all my iOS devices and my Mac.

What in the world of Apple happened?

Oh, so I'm not even supposed to be able to access http://www.icloud.com on an iPad in the first place?
