Should i unlock or jail break my 3GS before i sell

Unlocked phones seem to be getting a lot of money on ebay and i have a recently purchased refurbished 3GS I am looking to sell.

I've never sold anything more then t-shirts on ebay so any other advice would be greatly welcomed as well!

When I sold mine, I just showed screenshots of the baseband version so that it was apparent that it "could" be unlocked. Brought about the same price as pre-unlocked and less trouble for me 🙂
