AT&T SMTP server: available on 3GS, not on 4S

on my 3GS, i have an option to select an AT&T server as my outgoing mail server.

this option does not seem to be available on my new 4S.

is there any way to use the At&T outgoing mail server on the 4S?

i have icloud turned off
