Just updated to iOS5, and the device would not allow me to access my GMail account. Kept saying the password was incorrect, which I knew was not true. Solution? Simply reset your password. Not sure if this is happening with other accounts, but seems fine. Quite the anomaly;posting in case others are having this problem.
