Just upgraded from 10.6.8 to 10.7.2, not getting used to new gestures

Just upgraded, hand gestures with trackpad is different. Still not getting used to it.

Also, for Preview, I can no longer set the default size to 150%....or is there something I don't know? Anyone can help?
