IOS 5 and icloud

since i have upgraded to ios 5 on my iphone 4 and enabled icloud.

when i go into music and albums some are being listed twice.

when in itunes they are only listed once and if i click on the info tab of my iphone contacts etc aren't ticked and tells me its managed by icloud over the air.

music tab does have this and if i dont tick it, it blanks my music from the phone

any help on how to sort it so i dont get the music twice

Compilations that might have the odd duplicated track? That would cause this. You can tell iTunes that a particular track is part of a compilation, but I'm not sure it will stop iCloud from seeing the track twice.

I'm only using mail and photo stream, and find my mac at the moment.
