I have a new powerbook that works. It works! 1.67/1gb/100gb/128vram 15"

If you had 400 dollars and wanted to spend it on something Apple, what would you spent it on? I already have a 15 inch studio display. And a second generation 20gb iPod. (3 hours of battery life! YES!)

Canon Digital S410

anything canon or nikon or any known camera brand will work well, for small one the ixus 40 , ixus 50 or ixus 700 (europe name) are very nice, the poweshot S2 is also very cool but bigger. Check dpreview.com for reviews.

I'd suggest parting with the iPod for as much as you can. Then buy a powershot A series Canon (I think the best bang for the buck) and get the best iPod you can with the money left. I personally use my ipod for contacts, calendars, music and the games when i'm bored. if you would use for that, then the replacement battery would be good. and if anything is left (if this is cash we're talking about) savings for the rest - if it is not cash, i'd look around - you'll find something.

oh, and just to be different, you could go with a camcorder or an external HD.
