Hi

Looking for a case that I can use with the official dock
Is there any cases that the bottom removes so I can dock at night?

Otter Box advertises the Reflex as able to remove the bottom half to dock the phone. I don't own one, so I can speak for the case, but it looks like it will do what you want. Watch the video half way down on the right side of the page.
