Error 50- please please please help!!!

Last night i was helping my mom sink her iphone- on her windows pc. This morning it had installed ios5 but and her music and apps were on there but her contacts and photos were gone. It said back up was interrupted restart backup. We did and we kept getting a code that said "Error -50." Please try again. Is there any way we can get it back- please help. She is freaking out. :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

Same thing happened with my iPad. I ended up having to do a restore. Lost all my pics, but other than that it finally ended up working again. Good luck.
