As from the attached image, i need to remove kismac that i only used once and then uninstalled it. I already tried to search for "kismac" in finder with search criteria "system files too" but nothing.
It's in preferences-privacy and security- privacy tab:

Unlock the preference pane, highlight it, and press "Delete" ?

I wish it was so simple. I tried that already = no way. None of elements can be deleted by pressing the keys.

You simply need to untick the box related to whatever app on the list, nothing more.
Otherwise, just untick "enable location services" altogether if you don't want to use that feature at all.

But if i'd like to hide or delete one of the apps i used in that list? I'm sure there is a file on the computer that needs to be edited in order to delete them.

I still don't understand why you should bother:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5009?viewlocale=en_US
In any case, you may possibly find such location data in here (not sure, though):
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreLocation.framework

It's a matter of principle. I am the only one who can decide what to delete or keep not apple. Just that.
