you have to go the dictionary.app and under preferences check the "Open Dictionary Panel" too.

Anyone know what a Mackintosh is? I'm not too up on early 20th century British words.

EDIT: Wikipedia informs me that it's a raincoat, and now that I think of it, I knew that. :o
