Sidetrack

I have an old PB (1.5 GHz G4, 15"), and I have Sidetrack installed. All of a sudden, the scrolling stopped. I've tried restarting, adjusting the settings on the scrolling, downloading the newest version of Sidetrack, etc, nothing will work. Is there something in Tiger that disables Sidetrack? How do I get it back?

That's the one I'm using. Its coming and going randomly. Sometimes it will work, then stop. I'll restart my powerbook, and it may or may not work, but if it does it will stop after awhile.
