Help, my mom messed up my keyboard

Hey, I'm using macbook air, OS 10.7, and my mom was using it today, and she told me the keyboard started acting weird...
Now every time i press command, shift, function, control or option, my mac does a weird sound and the symbol corresponding to the key stays on the screen... like this:
