Let your battery drain completely and then charge it until its full and leave it on the charger for two hours past. You may have to do this a few times. Also, toggle the battery percentage indicator off, perform a hard reset, and then toggle it back on.

Seriously, when you consider how accurate the % calculation is, 1-5% off makes little to no real world difference.
