I am currently looking for a Mac Mini for myself possibly 2009 or older as i dont really want to spend that much money on a 2010 or 2011 ( Plus the 2009 and older have CD-Drive)

Anyway i am wondering i have a 19inch HDTV which I have found out runs at 1440 x 900 pixels for its resolution.

Anyone else running on this resolution? If so is it anygood?

Really need to know. Thanks

Not sure what you're really asking there. It's just a resolution, although not particularly high for a 19" screen. TVs aren't ideal to use as monitors anyhow.

I was asking if it would be alright for a mac mini?

Thanks

That will work fine, if that's what you're asking. There's not a specific resolution that you need for a mini

Ok thanks, Its just ive seen some settings that dont have that resolution on the display settings in the mac mini. Also peoples mac mini's have left huge sides blank etc.

I really dont want that to happen

Thanks

my late 09 is running 2 23in monitors running at 1920x1080 and is fine so i would say the 1440x900 is fine as i ran mine with 2 19 at one point

1440x900 is the standard resolution on 15" MBPs and the 13 inch macbook air I believe, so you should have an idea how it will look.
