iTunes/iPod problem

Everytime I goto update my iPod I get the same error everytime, which reads "unknown error (-36)". I also have a iPod shuffle which gets no errors so is there sometihng wrong with my iPod itself or what. I've ran many searches at apples site but have still come up with nothing, so I come here looking for some help and possible solution to the problem

Maybe try reformatting your Pod. A bit of a hassle but it'll most likely solve your problem.

well guys thanks for all the help but sadly nothing helped the poor iPod... so it might just be the iPod itself so I will have to take it back to apple
