Plug in your iOS device.

Unsync EVERYTHING! Uncheck the Music, Misc, Videos, Books, etc. etc. and then click apply.

One by one sync each category (DO NOT SYNC MULTIPLE CATEGORIES IN ONE SYNC). If you get the error message again, then there is a corrupted file within that specific category.

I deleted all my voice memos and the sync was de-bugged allowing me to sync normally without that pesky message.

Once your iOS device is synced how you like it AND you did not receive the error, you can sync your device as you normally would.
