Convert iChat Logs To Adium Logs

I want to convert my iChat logged chats to a the adium log format (html). Is there a way (program) to do this? I found a program that will convert the .chat logs to text....but i'm not sure how to get them into the adium format.

A quick search of Version Tracker and I found this:

iChatTranscriptConvetor 1.0 (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22017)

I haven't tried it so I don't know whether it works. Hope it helps though. :D
