Hi guys,

I recently dropped my iphone 4s and the screen cracked. Unfortunately, i did not get apple care. Instead of paying $200 for a new screen, I researched on the internet and found out about this site, directfix.com

I was wondering if anyone has used this site to replace their screens and are the replacement screens legit? If not, i may have to end up paying the $200 instead of the $100 being offered at directfix.

Thank for your time.

I just pay Apple the $199 to get a replacement. This way your new one has a warranty still. Once you open the phone I believe the option for the $199 replacement goes away as well.
