keyboard not fully working?

I just got a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I mought the microsoft one. It seems pretty nice, just all of the buttons are not working. I checked the profiles in the settings and they are set to exactly what i want them to, (my favorites go to my favorites) the only extra buttons that work are the sleep, and the volume and mute, the others like email etc dont. Is it a driver?

What does the keyboard manufacturer say about drivers?
Is the keyboard compleatly compatable?
Did you contact their email support, what was their idea? If not, What OS, keyboard, computer, etc...?

its a microsoft keyboard and mouse lol. Im going to return it, and just get a normal wireless rather than bt.

Microsoft KB and Mouse IDT works with Macs 100%... heck, MS KB and Mouse dont work with Windows XP 100% (if it was made before XP)!
