Multiple Users- how to delete one

I have multiple user accounts on my Lion MacBook. I would like to delete one of them. I logged in under the Administrator account, opened up preferences, Users And Groups, and then after unlocking the Lock-That-Prevents-Changes, tried to figure out how to delete the bastard user account. It was to no avail as I could not figure it out.

Would someone help me out?
