Syncing stored emails

I have to offload emails (using Apple Mail) from my university server (as only get limited space) that I store as multiple folders (in order to file my email) on my hard disk. They sit as multiple files under user/library/mail. Can I use iCloud to a store/back them up on iCloud and b) then sync them so that another Mac can access them in Mail?
