Hey all,

Not sure who is in the market for such a loaded Power Mac, but figured I'd give it a try. I am selling my powerhouse machine. Why you might ask? I'm finding myself not needing it. Any time I edit, I edit on client rig's, so there's no need to have my own, that and I have a Powerbook for any basic editing work. So out she goes. Here are the specs:

400GB HD
2GB RAM
nVidia 6800 ULTRA 256MB GPU OR ATI RADEON X850XT (your choice)
16x Dual Layer Superdrive (Pioneer 108)
Airport Extreme
Bluetooth
Bought in early December, so it has a solid 4 months of warranty left and can still be extended with AppleCare.
iLife 05 and OSX Tiger loaded with update discs.
Comes with Apple Pro Keyboard and Logitech MX518 mouse.

I am also including a full version (box, discs, manuals) of the Production Suite which includes Final Cut Pro 4.5, Motion, and DVD Studio Pro 3.

Will also include a retail copy of Star Wars: Battlefront if the buyer wishes.

She's in great condition as it hasn't moved from my office since the day I got it. Asking $2900 shipped. Considering that the same machine costs more than $4000+ another $1000 for Final Cut and extra apps with taxes, and you basically get 200Mhz for the extra $900. I'd say it's a good deal. And it will ship in it's original box.

I take non-CC Paypal, but I would prefer www.escrow.com with 50/50 fees.

Email me at moviecutter (at) mac (dot) com with questions and requests for pics. Thanks!

I have a few questions. Do you have any postive feedback from eBay for example. Where are you located? And will you post pictures?

Sure. I have 100% positive feedback on eBay (http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=filmmaker2002&item=-1&frompage=222) with 23 transactions, sold my GL-2 there recently and a couple of Powerbooks over the past year. Pics can be found here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/18128769@N00/)

I'm located in the Milwaukee-Chicago area. If I don't sell it, no big deal I guess. I'll just load Doom 3 and Command and Conquer: Generals on it and spend the summer locked in my office...

SOLD...Radeon X850 XT card still available. Looking for $400.Congratulations! You got at least $500 more selling on eBay (considering all the fees) than what you offered for it here. Hopefully the buyer follows through with no drama.

The X850 is very tempting but I must resist. :)
