Is anyone able to connect with Blue Tooth,

I just got the iPhone and Apple TV, can't pair them.

said I needed other software which I bought on App Store
that doesn't seem to work

Can't get the bluetooth on MacBook Pro (Snow Leopard) to recognize
the iPhone ... funny it recognized my Blackberry and Samsung.

Growing a little impatient with Apple's thrust to make money and provide very little support....
I called on the phone asking Apple why I can't pair Apple TV and iPhone
4S and they said they were not qualified to answer that question. WTF!

They aren't qualified because you don't pair the Apple TV and iPhone via Bluetooth. You have download the Remote app from Apple. That will allow you to use you phone as the remote.

I'm confused, what are you trying to achieve by connecting your iPhone to your MacBook Pro via Bluetooth? (Sync? Tether? something else?)

If your trying to sync, iTunes 10.5 and iOS 5 offer WiFi Sync, no need for Bluetooth pairing.

How are you trying to connect your iPhone to your Apple TV? (WiFi, Bluetooth)
