Moving a iPad created photo album into iPhoto

I created a photo album on my ipad, moved some pics into it, now how do I get that album into iPhoto ?
When I sync it doesn't move in, even opening iPhoto there is nothing.

You can't (at least not currently, a future update to both iOS and iPhoto may be required).

Hi

I also can't sync the iPad, but there is an excellent app, called the

photo transfer app

Very easy to synch with your mac or pc! I transferred 20 photos over.
