I've read some of the problems others are having with startup failure. Mine is a little different. I have no power active unless I power on from my power strip. Explaination: If the power strip is on the power button on the front of the G4 MDD has no effect on starting up, unless I power the strip OFF then ON. Once running (runs fine) if you go to the drop-down menu to either sleep or shutdown, it goes through the procedures of sleeps or shutsdown then restarts all by itself. If I hold the power button on the cabinet front and hold it for 5 seconds it will power down. To start it up I need to throw the strip OFF and ON.

Any ideas out there...Hope someone can help!
Thanks Rich
