Best DDR3 SDRAM for iMac 21.5-inch: 2.7GHz?

What's the best brand/type of DDR3 SDRAM that I could get for an iMac 21.5-inch: 2.7GHz I'm planning to buy soon? Or should I just ask for an iMac with the memory pre-installed?

I'm looking for 8GB of SDRAM (2x4).
 
Lots of threads on this topic already. OWC and Crucial RAM are probably the top mac community RAM brand favorites, but most any RAM will do just fine.
