Hi All,

I have a customer who wants to use his iPad to access his secure passwords from a secured SD chip (similar to Iron Key) or from a secured USB drive (like Iron Key).

He wants NO information stored on the iPad (except of course an App that could be used to access the drive) and wants to be able to plug in an encrypted chip, enter his password(s) and unlock his passwords.

If he fails to enter the correct password after X attempts, he wants the chip to be erased.

If someone were to steal/find his external chip, the information must be encrypted and not readily cracked.

He does not want to use any cloud services (although, if you have a GOOD one, I'm interested).

Any thoughts?

Any suggestions?

Thanks guys!

any encryption programs that can be loaded on the iPad that you can recommend?

It does not need to be a password database program... I think he would like to just have a text file with his passwords... but secured with pin, pattern, or password.
