I'm curious because I'd like to use the feature for when I'm taking naps (meaning I'd disable vibration, and just use LED alerts), but don't want to experience extreme battery drain over it.

I know, I know, I should figure it out for myself. But I don't have time to test my iPhone's battery life. Haha.

Thanks for any help/suggestions!

Extended use of the LED drains the battery, but as far as notifications go, it depends purely on how many you expect to get each day

I've been using LED notifications since this post and there is no noticeable battery drain.
