iPod How to make playlists move over to iPhone?

Ok, I've moved everything to iCloud, but in my songs tab when I connect my iphone to sync it it doesn't give me a choice anymore about moving playlists over? What the heck do I do with my created playlists that I want moved over to iPhone?

Have you tried dragging and dropping them on the sidebar?
