Hello!

I'm thinking of purchasing the macbook air 11.
Specs
-1.8GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7
-256GB Flash Storage
-4GB memory
-Intel HD Graphics 3000
Would the macbook air run the sims3 all pack without lag?

If you're gonna game, I suggest you get the i5. Even if it's slower (by a very small amount), it will a lot hotter, and while gaming that's not good at all.
It will run it, but don't expect great graphics.

Thank you for your help. If I install window7 on the macbook air and run the sims 3 all pack on this OS, It will be work?

Yes it runs just peachy at 1440 x 900 ... no problems.
