Gaming PC

I'm thinking of either building or buying a new gaming pc for christmas. I haven't looked much but this computer caught my eye..

What do you guys think? Oh and what kind of games would I be able to run on it? I really want to be able to run GTA IV with that graphics mod that makes everything look so much nicer

I have an xbox already and I love GoW3 hahahah I'm so addicted, but I want the freedom of being able to install mods and enjoy the game differently. I don't need anything super just a PC that can play GTA IV, Starcraft II, and probably other strategy games on max settings.
