Alright, I was wondering if someone could perhaps help me out. My MacBook recently had a blown MagSafe port, which was replaced, as well as a new battery. But, after the MagSafe port was replaced, my battery wouldn't charge, it had initial battery power, but after it ran out, i have to keep my MacBook plugged in. To help out, I have the first generation MacBook 1.83GHz

I just tried it, didn't work. I appreciate the suggestion though. Any other thoughts on what could be wrong?

That the battery is not properly seated, has dirty contacts, or maybe it's a lemon.
