Must depend on how much you use the app.

Mine is only at 60.7MB. 12.4MB for the app itself, and 48.3MB for Documents and Data associated with it.

Click on it and see how big the app size is. It should be around 12.4MB.

It will grow as you use it. On my Droid you can empty app cache, I don't think it's possible on the iPhone.
