When I am on the summary tab and have the "Back up to iCloud" selected, then I click the "Sync" button at the bottom of iTunes, it seems to go through the 5 steps, but then, it doesn't back up. The "last backed up" time doesn't update. Any tips on how I can fix this and what the problem is?
