Late 2008 Aluminum: 8 Gigs of ram?

Hey guys. My Macbook has been starting to get slow. This started after I got lion. From what I am reading, Its because my macbook only has 2 gb of ram!

So.....Im going to buy more. I was going to get 8 gbs, but then I read that my macbook can only take 4 or 6? Many people say I can put 8 in though. ( For example, it says I can't have 8 in Mac Rumor's Chart)

I have 2 questions.

1. Can I put 8 gigs of ram in? (2x4gb)

2. Will this make my 2gb of ram Macbook faster?

3. Is this RAM good?

This RAM is faster and cheaper. I have it an my iMac (16GB) and it is absolutely awesome. Make sure that your computer supports 1333MHz, because if not, you might run kernel panics and such.

Good luck and make sure to do that research first.
