Safari - autoscaling of images? How?

Can Safari autoscale images that you view in the same way that Netscape can? I've looked all over and couldn't find anything like the 'fit to window' checkbox that appears in the Netscape preferences. I'm using Safari 2.0 with Tiger obviously.
 
I wanted to know this once as well (like how IE on XP does it) and I could never find an answer. I don't think it can.
