DVD made on DVD studio pro not working in DVD players

Hi all,
We had shot a film on frame rate of 59-60/s in HD and edited on FCP 6. It came up to 1hr and 45min. Saved it and then imported the film into DVD Studio pro and followed one of the tutorial and made a dvd. I made it on SD as that itself was coming up to 4.6GB and could just get that on to a DVD.

The DVD is working well on mac books but is not recognised on any other computers or on my DVD / Blue ray players?!
Is there something wrong that I am doing or has anyone experienced similar problems?

Thanks for the reply. When I put the DVD into blueray/dvd player, I can see a menu with a folder called "HVDVD_TS". On the other computers it came up as a blank disc and a new macbook pro the dvd player on it says format not recognised.
I have an old macbook on which I had recorded and it works perfectly on it. I also played it on my mate's old macbook and it works on that too?! Quite bizarre. Your help is much appreciated.
