I'm in Canada. New iTunes said it adds iTunes Match. It didn't. When is it coming?

I was excited to see that iTunes Match was in Canada, but was disappointed when it didn't show up in my iTunes. I see it was released in a bunch of other countries. When is it coming to Canada?
