Price drop on iOS app w/in hours of purchase. Any way for refund?

I bought Tweetbot last Friday morning, and about three hours later it dropped to .99. I can't find anything on Apple's site for a refund, and I know it's out of the hands of Tapbots.

Anyone had any experience with this before?
 
Yup. Expecting a refund for purchasing hours before a price drop is a slippery slope. Where do they then draw the line?
