Using Palm Zire 72 with isync using bluetooth

I've have tried this a few times and have tried numerous guides, but I cannot figure out how to get isync to sync my phone and palm zire 72 at the same time. I get bluetooth to work but i can only hotsync which then i have to isync to get the palm information to my cell. Basically I want to sync everything at once using iSync. Any Suggestions?
