It appears as if the Demi's are up to some sort of Puzzle/Avatar game. I've noticed Sandbox General, pdot, and Dr. Q so far - If I had the patience I would put them together so see what they make.
Edit: Just noticed Fun 173, eng42ine and Mr. Pink have them as well.
