can i use my pc's old ati radeon 7000 pci graphics card as a second video card in my mac or does it have to be specificly for macs?

You would have to flash the ROM to the Mac version which may or may not work and may or may not be illegal. Try google.

Yeah, you'd have to find a ROM to flash it to.

Just a sidenote, the process of flashing the ROM isn't actually illegal.. It's the process of obtaining the ROM to flash it to 😉
