Weird Mission Control Issue

I need some help, my Mission Control has changed the way it displays windows and I can't seem to figure out why it has changed.

Here's what it looks like right now,


I can no longer re-arrange which desktop certain windows are on, and I cannot add desktops. Does anyone know if I can 'Reset' mission control.

I've tried restarting, and looking in system prefs for anything that was changed but I don't see anything different..
