Best DVR App to record streaming TV/Movies to iPad?

I'm looking for the best iPad DVR app - something that allows me to take streaming TV and Movie content and download it to my iPad so that I can watch it offline.


I've recently been trying an app called TV Anytime - http://www.tvanytime.net/


Are there /any others out there that folks have experience with?
