I have a 120 gig iPod Classic. I hadnt used it in a while and then decided to use it. I started adding music and when i get to about 250-300 songs itunes stops responding and I have to force close. I have restored my ipod multiple times and I get the same result every time. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution. Any help is appreciated.

since you haven't used it in quite some time, my guess is the hard drive is on its way out.

Amazon might have them, I'm not sure. They seem to have anything. Or maybe try CNN.cn, they have parts for a lot of different apple devices.

i've bought a few off ebay. you can get them really anywhere, just look for one with a pata zif 40-pin connector.
