Using MiniDisplay to HDMI for Sharp Aquos - Have Sound, but no Picture

Just a few preliminary questions:

What's your setup like? Is it going directly to the TV? Or through a receiver or something? Is the sound coming directly from the TV?

Got it hooked up, but am having no luck getting a picture on the TV. It has sound though, oddly enough... I am sure it's something very minor I need to do, but I need some help. Any takers?? 😀

More specifically. When exactly was your notebook made? because the very first mba with the minidisplayport did not send audio via mdp.

Hey, sorry for your trouble guys, I got it to work. All I had to do was click mirror display, and presto! Both audio and video are superb, and fully functional. Using a 2010 MBA 11", btw.. on a 32" Sharp Aquos.
