I use GoDaddy.com for my e-mail at ZicklePop Productions, when I login in or even visit the page 9 out of 10 times it gives me an error that the internet connection has been reset, after logining in, I get the error a few more times. They use HTTPS.

Here's the exact error:

Safari can’t open the page.
Safari can’t open the page “https://email.email.secureserver.net/webmail.php” because the network connection was reset, which sometimes occurs when the server is busy. You might be able to open the page later.

Does it work for you with other browsers?

Yup, when I have to do something important and fast its easier for me to download Camino and do it there.

Have you tried the Debug/User Agent function in Safari? That might do it.
