How can I share wifi capabilities from one Mac to another PC? For instance, if the Mac has Airport, or the PC has a wifi USB, or something like that.

Or is this not possible at all?

To share files on a Mac and PC:
You would need to on your Mac and go to the AirPort menu and click on the 'Create Network...' option. This will allow you to create a wireless network. When your Mac and PC are setup to share files and are connected to the wireless network being broadcasted by the Macintosh his well let you share files and data between the two platforms.

If you want to share your Mac's internet service you should go to the 'Sharing' panel of the System Preferences and then click 'Start' after setting some options. But you probably wouldn't need to do this unless your internet source is not wireless or you don't have a complete network setup to allow multiple computers internet access at the same time.
