what is the best RSS feed software. I am not running Tiger on my Ibook, so Safari is out of the question. I am looking for a free RSS app that actually works. I have tried a few (can't remember what ones, it was a while ago,) but was never happy with the performance.

Thanks

Firefox, or, if you want a pure news reader, try NetNewsWire Lite (or the shareware version). I used that before I started using Firefox, though I'm now using Safari, in part because of the superior RSS handeling, so my advice is really: Get Tiger, if only so just for the RSS in Safari 2... 😉

I have also been dissatisfied with the RSS readers, even the ones people recommend. Right now I just use safari, it works fine for my needs.

On a related note, does anyone know of any hacks to make the RSS screensaver display multiple feeds? A quick search turned up nothing.
